Registration is officially open and a full version of the registration form can be found by clicking on the link below.
You can pay your fees by check or through Venmo. Either method you use, please complete the form online or if you prefer you can mail it in. Please send it to the address on the form. Pre-registration is $40 and $45 on the day of the show. Dinner is $35 per person.
The schedule includes the judged car show, a raffle, Tour through the countryside and lots of fun. We will have a hospitality room with refreshments and raffle items open from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
Please watch the following deadlines:
September 12, 2026: Reserve a hotel room from our block
September 15, 2026: Postmark deadline for pre-registration
September 21, 2026: Sign up for dinner so we can finalize our catering order

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
8:00 a.m. Police Escort will leave Holiday Inn
8:15 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Set-Up & Check-In
9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Car Show (Formal Judging)
9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Hospitality Suite/Raffle Room Open – Will be in Council Chambers on the Square
3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Tour through the countryside led by Keith Sauls
6:00 p.m. Dinner & Awards @ The Lane Building, 300 NE Barnard Street, Glen Rose
